On June 17, 2018, on this "brown" day of father's love, Kowey organized Team Building for everyone to spend a different Dragon Boat Festival with everyone.

At 14:00 on the same day, the weather was exceptionally clear, but the scorching sun did not reduce everyone's enthusiasm for traveling. After arriving at the company on time, everyone got on the bus and set off for our destination, Silver Beach.

In the opening of relaxed laughter, colleagues were divided into two teams for PK and completed the following games under the leadership of their respective team leaders. The next game they will play is: Challenge 150S and soldiers on the field. Who is slightly better, the team will be punished in the end, let's find out the answer together!

The three projects seem simple, but they test the tacit understanding and cooperation between team members. You need to make clear what your task is. In the activity, you only need to focus on the link you are responsible for, like picking up a bottle, you only need to receive the bottle from the colleague in front of you. Although it is only a small game, it can also reflect the attitude of colleagues towards things. In the game, let us know that no success is achieved overnight. At the beginning of the game, there was a lack of tacit understanding among colleagues, but they did not give up in the face of one failure after another. Maybe the final result was not ideal, and maybe they did not finish the game within 150S. However, in the game, colleagues learned to persist, learn the importance of the team, and learn to keep trying. This is far more meaningful than winning or losing the game.

The next game was a small sand field. In the sand field game, each side sent a soldier to put on a blindfold to enter the sand field. The two sides selected two commanders, one of whom could only speak but could not see the sand field. The other could see the sand field in time, but could not speak. The soldier was knocked out if he touched a mine or was hit by the other soldier. In the small game, it is a small mirror, reflecting the mutual communication, cooperation and trust between the teams in daily work. To be the final winner, the three need to cooperate with each other. Before the game starts, everyone should learn to reflect and make a good plan. Is it not the case at work?
