Fuqiangxin Precision Industry Co., Ltd. originated in 1974. At that time, Wang Boxun, Wang Boxiang and Wang Bozhi jointly founded the "Fuqiang Iron Institute" in Fuqiang Road, Tainan City, Taiwan.

It was founded as a lathe factory and successfully transformed into a plastic injection molding machine manufacturer in 1978. In 1991, the factory moved to the current location in Guanmiao District, Tainan City, and set up a global operating headquarters to cope with the expansion of the business territory. The factory was successively set up in Dongguan and Ningbo in mainland China. In order to improve operational efficiency, it was officially listed in Taiwan in 2004, becoming the first and only publicly issued OTC company in Taiwan.
